We are a high-tech group, based between Old Street, Silicon Roundabout and Shoreditch in London’s tech heartland. Our operating companies have a record of world first innovation. Within last two years, we have released the first of their new generation of products, which include more than 20 “world first” innovations. With a list of innovative and ground breaking projects to take us into new areas, we are now seeking a Project Assistant / Executive PA to help manage these projects very professionally.

We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and assertive Project Assistant / Executive PA to assist the Product Manager in planning, executing, controlling, analysing and releasing projects. This position ideal for the candidate who has track record of managing detailed tasks and processes in a highly efficient, precise and dependable fashion.

As a Project Assistant / Executive PA, your workload will be divided between supporting existing and new business. You will play an essential role in the day-to-day operations and be encouraged to develop your management skills while working with an increasing level of autonomy. 

Key activities supporting new business will include knowledge management, commercial research, consultants selection, adapting and reviewing existing processes for the business model, tracking and risk management.

To be considered, you must have:

- At least two years’ commercial experience in a similar role, such as product/project coordinator or executive PA
- An excellent level of computer literacy, particularly with Word and Excel (inc. formulae, functions, formatting and templates)
- Experience of diagramming (e.g. Visio)
- Great internet skills and knowledge of using search engines

As a Project Assistant / Executive PA, you need to be assertive, persuasive, analytical, and a succinct presenter of information. You will have the desire to develop management skills and be thoughtful and efficient with your time. You must have high level of motivation and drive and able to operate under pressure.

You will have the chance to work with Agile and Lean Start-up management methods, and receive full training along the way as well as benefit from a career path that could take you into a Middle Management or Programme Manager role.

Please note, applicants must live within commuting distance of the office or be willing to relocate.

Working hours: 40 hrs per week
