To apply for a given job email your covering letter, together with your CV as an attachment, to careers@digitalmail.com.
Make sure you quoting the job title and any reference number as the subject of your email.
The content of your email should cover:
- Where you heard about the vacancy
- Why you are interested in the job
- Why you think you are suited to the job
- Your entitlement to work in the UK, if you are not an EU national
- Where you live. Are you within 1 hour's reliable commute of our offices?
- Your availability. How soon can you start?
- Salary expectations (if any)
- How you would like us to contact you
- Anything of special interest, in addition to your CV.
What we like to see on someone's CV
Here are a few general tips on how to make a good impression with your CV:
- Your career history should contain no unexplained gaps, and cover your time from age 18 onwards. If you were unemployed, travelling for a year, or went back to full-time education please say so.
- Times should be given to the nearest month, eg. May 02 - Aug 03.
- For each job, please state the company name, location, industry sector, and job title.
- Why you moved jobs, and how each move helped you with your career.
